Thirteen weeks into the 2nd season of the Individual Online Oware League, 60 players from 19 countries have so far participated. The numbers that participated in this weekโs tournament stayed the same at 22. As the top players consistency wanes due to one reason or another. Those who have taken part in all 13 tournaments: serikaktayev ๐ฐ๐ฟ, e17,ย harrison01 ๐บ๐ฌ, & daallo ๐ฒ๐ฝ are moving up the ranks. There are in 3rd, 4th, 6th & 16th positions respectively.
The 13th tournament of the new season once again demonstrated the dept of talent in the power house of Afrika, Nigeria ๐ณ๐ฌ. With the return of the Oga Otโa of Nigeria ๐ณ๐ฌ mrjohnson, there was no doubt who the winner would be and this it turned out to be, with a perfect 7 score. akinking ๐ณ๐ฌ was the runner up & abilohre ๐ฌ๐ญ 2nd runner up. elvisaboaya ๐ฌ๐ญ & dokrichardz ๐ฌ๐ญ came 4th & 5th respectively. Well done to them and everyone else who participated.
The Oga Otโa of Nigeria mrjohnson remains 19.5 points in the lead from the nearest contender abilohre ๐ฌ๐ญ, who has 51.5 points. In third place with 51.0 points is serikaktayev ๐ฐ๐ฟ. With 39 tournaments to go in this 2nd season of the league, there is still time for consistent players to make their skills felt.
Well done to everyone who has participated ๐๐๐. Do well to recruit other players to participate in these tournaments, from your countries in order to enhance your nations scores. This will enable us to surpass last seasonโs tally of 112 players.

If donors & sponsorship can be acquired, and we are able to raise enough funds from member subscriptions we will put in place a prize fund for other categories: top placed, female, junior & continental players who have International, Full or Family membership.
